What is "Personally Identifiable" information and how does it relate to me?
"Personally identifiable" information is information that is directly associated with a specific person such as a subscriber's name, address, or telephone number, e-mail address, location information, or even sometimes information about online or network activities (e.g., log files of Web searching activities).
Wise Savings, LLC recognizes that parents may purchase our products and services for family use, including for use by minors. Any information collected from such usage will appear to be that of the subscriber (the parent) and treated as such under this Notice. Further, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and this Notice, Wise Savings, LLC does not design or intend for its products or services to collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If our policies change in that regard, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before any collection, use or disclosure of such information. Remember that if a child under 13 uses our services with or without your permission to access a site on the Internet, that site's privacy policy (including treatment of information your child provides to that site) will govern. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child under 13 without parental permission.
Whenever a business entity subscribes to our services and provides such services to its employees, this Notice generally will govern how we treat the employees' personally identifiable information. However, we view the business entity as the subscriber and our service agreement with the business entity may require that we provide access to or disclose personally identifiable information about an employee's use of the service such as service usage or location information. In that case, the company's own privacy policy will govern how it treats that information.

As part of providing you with our products and services, we obtain nonpublic personal information ("Customer Information") about you, including:
Information we receive from you on applications, through the Internet, surveys, online registrations or other forms (such as name, billing address and credit information).
Information collected automatically whenever you interact with us (for example, we know when you are on the network and generally where you are). Information from Other Sources: We may receive information about your credit worthiness if we require to bill you for services, or when we are processing your credit card payment.
How do you use "Personally Identifiable" information?
In general, we use "personally identifiable" information for billing purposes, to market and provide services, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products or services that better meet your needs. For example, by understanding how you use our Network, we are able to customize and personalize your experience or we may be able to provide information we think will interest you or enable you to conduct transactions more easily.
Will "Personally Identifiable" information be disclosed?
Wise Savings, LLC is NOT in the business of selling personally identifiable information to others, or sharing information with companies that are not part of the Wise Savings,
LLC group.
However, Type-I financial personal identifiable information may be shared with payment clearinghouses for the purpose of completing the payment for the purchase of products and services. Such information is secure and is encrypted, and will not be shared by the clearinghouses with any other entity other than to process the payment.
Is information secure?
Wise Savings, LLC maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for information collected through the use of its Web site that comply with legal requirements to safeguard Customer Information. But, we have no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services.
We limit access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. An important part of protecting the security of personal information is your efforts to protect against unauthorized access to your wireless device, user name and password and to your computer. Also, be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and always log out of any site when viewing personal account information.
Customer Credit Card information is NOT maintained or retained in the Wise Savings,
LLC Database.
Disclosures to Provide You With Offers for Products and Services.
An important benefit of your customer relationship with Wise Savings, LLC is the
opportunity to receive offers for products and services from Wise Savings, LLC.
We try to provide these offers to customers who are most likely to find them of value. In addition, we release personally identifiable and other account information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law.
At the time of registration, a customer will be able to "opt in" or "opt out" of receiving such offers, and can change their option at any time afterward.
Access to Personal Identifiable Information
A customer has the opportunity at any time to review, correct and change their personal identifiable information. Access to this information is available after the customer logs into the Web Site and selects the "View/Edit Personal Information" Button on the "What Do You Want To Do?" Screen.
User Authentication Process
Only a customer can access their personal identification information. At the time of registration, the customer will receive a unique Log-on and Password send via secure email to the email address chosen by the customer. The customer will be able to change their log-on and password information at any time. If the customer cannot recall their log-on and password, the software will automatically send the information to the email address originally specified by the customer to receive such secure information.
The Log-on and Password information and the Type-I financial personal identifiable information is not available to any Wise Savings, LLC customer support personnel.
Privacy Notice of "Link's to Other Web Sites.
Wise Savings, LLC provides "links" to other web sites of businesses and other entities that the customer has the option of clicking on the link to view the other web site. Wise Savings, LLC does not have any control over whether those web sites subscribe to the Wise Savings, LLC or similar Privacy Notice.
Former Customers
If you decide to terminate your customer relationship with us, or your account becomes inactive or is closed for some other reason, we will continue to treat and safeguard your Customer Information as described in this Notice.
